Michael charges $50 per hour for individual supervision and $35 for group supervision (when available).  The first session must be individual and is necessary prior to logging hours or submitting your disclosure statement with Michael named as your supervisor.

If you would like to begin your supervision process please fill out the contract and bring it along with a copy of your malpractice insurance and your disclosure statement to your first supervision appointment.  Please come to your first appointment prepared to discuss your philosophy(s), experiences, and counseling goals.
